MLS – MATRIX is a Realtor-only tool that is a system that’s updated moment by moment. As an agent, we have 48 hours to list our client’s properties to get their property on the market. That is our duty and a code of conduct that we must follow. This means your property is listed ASAP.

For my buyers…As your Realtor, it is my job to be aware of any properties that enter the market that suit your needs. Staying up to date on the properties listed on MLS is a very important part of my job!

I strategically use this system to view any newly listed properties that suit my buyer’s needs! This means my buyers get the new listings asap so they don’t miss out on the perfect property!
